Terms of Service

Effective October 2, 2026

These terms apply to your use of Cornerstone Connect, a service of Cornerstone Solutions, Menomonie, Wisconsin ("we," "us"). By starting a trial or using the service you agree to them.

The service

Cornerstone Connect is a subscription business platform that includes customer management, phone and text, email, booking, websites and funnels, automation, social media tools, and review requests. It runs on the Engager.ai platform. Features may change over time.

Free trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and you are billed monthly at the price in effect for your plan. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends and pay nothing for the subscription.

Pricing and billing

The monthly price is for the platform subscription only. Texts, calls, AI features, and email sending are billed separately based on use. Help from Cornerstone Solutions, such as done-with-you or done-for-you setup and management, is optional, is not included in the monthly subscription, and is quoted and agreed separately. The reduced rate for churches and mission organizations requires 501(c)(3) status, which we may ask you to confirm. Promotional prices may change for new customers.

Cancellation

There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your account, your content, and your messages. You agree to follow applicable laws, including laws on texting, calling, and email marketing (such as the TCPA and CAN-SPAM), to contact only people who have given the required consent, and to honor opt-out requests. You may not use the service to send spam, deceptive, unlawful, or harmful content.

Text messages from us

If you consent on our sign-up form, we may text you about your trial and account, and, if you separately agree, about offers and updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the subscription in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
